Joining Against Cancer in Kids, J-A-C-K.org, Mission Statement
Provide advice and support for children and families wishing to undertake innovative or experimental, (clinical trials), treatments for Neuroblastoma
To assist children and their families by providing advice and support relating to their wish to participate in the medical treatment of Neuroblastoma. Such treatments, which are of relevance are those treatments not yet available within the United Kingdom but which are in trial in reputable hospitals elsewhere. The support will include financial aid in order that treatment costs can be paid. The charity is not the arbiter of the nature of any such therapy or its likely success or the risks associated with such; the family and or child and or their doctor being the responsible parties for any decision to undertake any medical treatments. The advice offered by Jack is merely as to the establishments, which may offer alternative therapies or strategies to that available in the UK.
To fund research designed to discover the causes and cure of Neuroblastoma

In addressing the intentions as set out above it will be the trustee’s responsibility for any decision to support or not any application made in the context of either aspect.
